- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Process:

- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the items are received and approved for return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
